Dogram is an engineering company specialised in the management and implementation of 3D scanning and metrology 4.0 projects. Founded in 2013, our innovative strategy using technologies such as laser scanner, laser tracker and photogrammetry, among others, has allowed us to provide solutions in various sectors, such as Oil Gas, Nuclear, Metallurgical, Renewable Gas, Nuclear, Metalworking, Renewables, Naval, Design Engineering and Defence. The strategic sectors in which we work require high level of business qualification, with our management system is certified with ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 27001 for information security. The RDI developments carried out throughout the company’s history have been recognised by obtaining the Innovative SME seal awarded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, as well as the EIBT brand recognised by ANCES.

  • Metrology 4.0: consists of the measurement of parts or equipment by means of 3D scanning, allowing them to be compared with 2D theoretical drawings or 3D design models in metrological inspection software. At Dogram we are specialists in projects that comply with the GDT system according to ISO and ASME standards and in the development of methodologies for efficiency in manufacturing processes.
  • 3D scanning: this involves capturing the real world and translating it into the digital world by developing methodologies that combine technologies such as drones and laser scanners. This process is essential whether for the creation of digital twins or reverse engineering, performance analysis or design modifications, inspection and training. Dogram guarantees high visual quality and metrological accuracy.

Success stories

  • 3D scanning of old vehicles for engineering modifications to adapt them to new designs. Obtaining point cloud, surface and solid models.
  • In the manufacturing process, scanning of the current state of the part in order to check the correct positioning of the welded elements and, thus, ensure that no problems occur at the machining stage of these elements.
  • High precision dimensional control based on the GDT requirements of the design drawings. Delivery of visual metrological reports that make it easier for the customer to analyse the part to find areas where to identify there could be complications during assembly/operation.
  • Design of dimensional control methodologies and virtual assembly in onshore and offshore offshore wind projects.
  • Creation of a project coordinate system and digitisation of industrial installations for the implementation of design modifications, interference analysis and installation of new equipment.
  • Projects for the creation and maintenance of the digital twin at the Ascó, Vandellós, Almaraz and Trillo nuclear power plants.
